160 rooms, restaurants and bar, conference room, 10.000 m² of bureaux, commercial area, underground adjacent carpark of 400 emplacements on 4 levels. Alone the facades of the construction were kept and were emphasized by an appropriate illumination.
Realization of installations low and medium tension (MT), fire detection, intrusion detection.
The building 22 kV substation feeds 3 transformers through switchgears and MV protections. The 3 transformers feed the hotel and offices through the general distribution panel board and local distribution boards. Part of this installation may be fed by an emergency generator in case of main power tension drop or failure.
The electrical installations include low voltage and low current installations. Low currents are : fire detection and intrusion detection, audio and CCTV, computer and telephone network installation.
